Auto focus and PHD2

Hey guys, I’m running a new SBIG STT 8300 with self guiding filter wheel, using API guider and PHD2. When autofocus kicks in the guiding does not pause like I remember it doing with my old OSC camera, and it wreaks havoc with PHD2.

Have I missed a check box somewhere?

There is an option in the auto guider control panel to pause guiding during auto focus.
