Auto focus not run on filter change

I have the box checked in the auto focus setting to auto focus on filter change. Ran the sequence, but when I got home and checked, the focus was off, and I lost about an hours worth of data.

Any reason why this feature didn’t run? I really don’t want to have to babysit the software.

This has always worked perfectly for me.

Two sugestions: (1) Have you set the Presets for your filters? Perhaps the Autofocus can’t find the focal plane in the number of steps you allocated. (2) Look at your log file and see whether Autofocus was initiated after each filter change.
