Sequence ended with Ha sub. Start of new sequence starts with a Ha event.
Auto focus on start of sequence used the Ha filter still in the filter wheel position causing a loss of stars for auto focus.
Is there a method or check where one can tell Auto focus to use e.g. Lum filter.
Sorry for this post, I was really referring to Plate Solving on start of sequence. Plate solving used the Ha filter and found no stars.
Go to Control Panel / Plate Solve / Scope Centering
Check Use Filter Select Luminance
