AutoFocus is waiting for frame to end when sequene is paused

Hello,

I stumbled over an behaviour that may need to be adjusted.
I have a sequence running, pausing it, running the AutoFocus scipt and the autoFocus information is saying that it is waiting for the end of the frame…

Why I did it: I investigated the 20 min Ha pic I just took and discovered that the focus was not good. So I wanted to stop/pause the sequence and run the AutoFocus manually.

Do I have to do something else or did I misunderstood something which I haven’t read in the handbook? :slight_smile:

This would certainly be an abnormal result. Your process is fine. It is something I have done countless times. You want to improve focus, so you pause, run focus routine, restart sequence. It has always worked fine for me.
