Any one want to share their Pegasus focuser settings in SGP as a starting point for me.
tried a bunch of thing but im really lost … first time user.
Altair Astro 115-MM F5.8 EDT ( FL= 636 MM)
and or VRC-6 F5.9 ( FL 900MM)
I have the backlash compensation on in the ascom driver. But I have a rack and pinion focuser sonlots of backlash. I have mine set at 120 steps but i would try 60 or 80.
In the SGP autofocus other settings there’s another backlash compensation… I use that to for IN compensation of 60 steps.
For the auto settings I use steps of 60.
Its working quite well.
