Autoguider timeout setting?

A cloud went over while I was in bed and SGP was outside working hard, and I’ve been studying the SGP log file which resulted. PHD2 lost its mind, of course, and started reporting worse and worse distances. It took 15 min for SGP to finally say "Auto guider failed to settle in the specified time limit, presuming the auto guider has failed… ", though. It then went through its recovery and all was well for the rest of the night. But why did it take so long?

I have Tools / Options / Sequence Options / Sequence Recovery set to 5 min recovery intervals for 120 min, but I don’t see a separate setting for autoguider timeout. Is there another SGP setting I can make for this?

I also see that SGP sends this command string to PHD2: {“method”: “dither”, “params”: [1, false, {“pixels”: 2.5, “time”: 4, “timeout”: 600}], “id”: 1002}. That 600 s timeout looks like yet another parameter. Can I set that one too?

Thanks,
Gerrit
