Camera doesn't show up asi

Description I spend the daylight working the problems and attempt to run after it gets dark enough to do a polar align , I connect everything and doesn’t want to slew the mount when I use platesolve 2 or pinpoint . {2} Camera shows up as zwo instead of Asi , my efw shows up asi . they are downloaded from the same Dvd disc. I downloaded again this morning and microsoft tells me it already exists , yES , I downloaded again.

Aprox time of issue: between 630 and 830 pm est.
