Can't connect to Alnitak Flip Flat unless I plug it in after booting?

Log attached. I noticed every time I rebooted I couldn’t attach my Alnitak Flip Flat to SGP without unplugging it and replugging it back in. Logs should show that I started it up, tried to connect and failed, then tried a different port, obviously failed, and then it connected (after I unplugged it and plugged it back in).

The entire time it was visible to the Alnitak program.

Any ideas?

Chris

By “visible to the Alnitak program” do you mean it was connected to it the entire time? Probably need to disconnect it from Alnitak. Windows is generally unhappy if you attempt to share a COM port.

Thanks,
Jared

No. I mean it shows up and connects if I open it after SGP tells me it doesn’t exist.

It’s repeatable every time I reboot. Do you want more logs?
