Can't connect to Sbig CFW10

Hi ;
I have a Sbig CFW10 filter wheel and would like to use with asi 1600MM .
There is an option for cfw10 in the filter manual but once I click the connect button , it fail to connect.
A message pop up telling me I have no sbig camera .
How to connect it without using sbig camera ?

That’s a good question… I don’t think we’ve ever tested or considered it. What happens when you select “Auto detect” from the SBIG filter wheel options?

I’ve tried the “Auto” .Once I press the connect , same message pop up " can’t connect without Sbig camera "

Can you give this one a shot? If it does not work, please send us the logs and we’ll take a look.

OK, thx for the report. Looks like this will be a bit more complex and we would need to restructure parts of the CFW implementation to decouple it from its current “internal” (to the camera) config.
