Change of behavour - now autofocus runs with filter to plate solve with

Hi,
I always platesolve with Luminance filter when I change target. However, when I used to slew to a new target it never used to do a autofocus run with the luminance just to do a quick platesolve. In the latest release it now does this autoficus and it wastes time. Is there any way I can turn this off please? I have Lum slected from the drop down box under platesolve but I do not have the tick box ticked.
