When I first started using SGP, I didn’t understand the purpose of the “Suffix” box and I put in identifiers that I no longer want. Now when I drop down the “Suffix” menu, all the things I’ve ever typed continue to show up. How do I clear the “Suffix” menu list?

Go to Tools > Options > Sequence Options tab.
At the bottom of the preference panel, find Sequence Actions and click the Clear button next to “Clear sequence “suffix” dropdown list.”
