Cycling through Targets, not events

I’m doing a 2 panel mosaic and I have a manual filter wheel with just 2 filters. If I want to shoot both targets through one filter, and then shoot the same targets again with the other filter, what’s the best way to do this? Should I do 4 targets so I can shoot the two targets with one filter, change filters, and then cycle through the 2 targets again with the different filter? Is there a more efficient way to do this? Thanks!

Yes, 4 targets is the best way to accomplish this.
