You can define almost every aspect of the way in which SGPro will save your data to disk. You can select a default directory and further, your image file naming pattern can contain more sub folders. While, it’s not difficult to open the Windows file explorer and navigate to your image directly, you can also just double-click on the “Directory” text in the sequencing window and let SGPro open it for you.
