Different Dither settings for different targets in same sequence

Is it possible the have different dither settings for different targets in the same sequence? For longer exposures I like to dither every frame but for short exposures I like to to dither every 3rd or 5th frame?

Alternatively is it possible to automatically start a new sequence on completion of a sequence?

No, the autoguider settings are tied to a sequence.

Not exactly. Although some people (@LordBeowulf maybe?) have been using the CLI to start sequences. Although I’m not sure if they’re chaining them together or just using it to launch a single sequence.
