Dual instances of PHD2

I have a dual rig and am running dual instances of SGP and dual instances of PHD2. This is so that I can guide on the main scope, and use an SX AO to correct for differential flexure on the second scope. The second instance of PHD2 has to be started with the parameter “-I 2” so that PHD2 knows that it is a dual instance. Is there any way of getting my second instance of SGP to run this second instance of PHD2? If not, I cannot automate this as the second PHD2 instance has to be run manually (selecting the guide star when a target changes, pausing during autofocus, etc).

Yes, use the Beta and you can specify the port in the PHD2 settings.
