Elbrus install problem on windows 7 64 bit

Using the mainsequencsoftware.com installation, Windows asks if the installation installed correctly, when I click done.

Then, in SGP I get:

[12/27/2014 7:21:24 PM] [DEBUG] [Telescope Thread] ElbrusHelper: Calling analyze…

I’m using the 2.4 beta version of SGP, to get iso12800 with my Canon t3i.

Elbrus seems to run OK by itself. Although I can’t get it to solve anything:

“Position Not Found”

Am I supposed to manually start Elbrus for use with SGP?

No SGPro will start it for you. Did you run the Elbrus installer Admin? Your error means that the Elbrus COM Server was not registered with the OS during install.

Yes I ran it as admin.

Can I register it on the command line?

You can give it a shot. Open a “cmd” window as admin, then navigate to the directory you installed Elbrus in. When you are there, run:

Elbrus.exe /regserver

I did that with no error or result on the command line.

Now when I try to solve with Elbrus I get two errors:

One about canonRaw.tmp being used by another process and one about Elbrus failing with a CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE).

If I switch to astrometry.net, solving works.
