Second time trying to go to multiple targets in a sequence. First target worked fine but when she tried to move on to the second target, everything froze including PHD2. What am I doing wrong ?? Around 10pm the trouble started

Not really sure, but your logs look like Armageddon… there is not just a failure to center.
First we see the focuser connection drop, then PHD2 loses the lock on its star, then the SBIG camera times out on image download. Finally, the guide star is “officially” lost and SGPro terminates the sequence. Unfortunately, whatever happened is not really related to centering failure.
This time of year, we always get a lot of logs with odd hardware behavior, usually caused from failure of hub, cable or ports in the cold. Not implying that this is the cause of failure, just a general note.
