Hi Ken and Jared,
I was thinking it would be useful to have a Focus History module, perhaps similar to the Image History module. It would be helpful to see focus position, temperature, and HFR for each AF run as the night progresses. If I got a warning about possibly bad HFR, I could look on the graph and see if the the point looked bad.
Here’s my AF data so far tonight in that format:
FWIW, SGP fired off notifications for #2, #3, #7, and #10. #6 was a poor HFR but no notification was triggered for that one (the target had gone behind some tree branches… not enough to lose the guide star or trigger recovery, but enough to give a bad HFR.)
