Sequence ended with Ha sub. Start of new sequence starts with a Ha event.
Plate Solve on start of sequence used the Ha filter still in the filter wheel position causing a loss of stars for solving.
Is there a method or check where one can tell Plate Solveto use e.g. Lum filter.
For blind solve there seems to be a choice but not for PlateSolve2.
There’s only one place where you can choose the filter, and it applies to
both PlateSolve2 and blind solve.
Control Panel/Plate Solve tab/ check “Use filter:” and make sure it is set
to LUM.
Yes, thank you. Somewhat diminished by not catching that. I have been playing with the parameters and turned that one off. I wanted to ensure that Auto Focus was using the filter for an event rather than reverting to LUM. Last night was hectic since I was trying to get the mount to do a meridian flip which it did not as planned. I was messing with a lot of parameters to see if I could make it happen but to no avail.
