Flats Calibration Wizard Gain Setting

Hello,

I am using SGP for quite some time now together with my ASI1600mm-c and filter wheel.

I always used Gain 200 offset 50 for imaging and Calibration Frames.

Now I switched to Gain 139 Offset 21.

Do I need to re-run the Flats Calibration Wizard for getting the correct exposure times

when using Gain 139 and Offset 21, or when using different gains in general?

Or is the gain setting withing the Calibration wizzard not that important, but the flats have

to be at the same Gain/Offset setting as my lights?
