So I am a new SGP user, trying it out and getting things set up. I am confused about whether or not the latest release of SGP supports the preflash feature for RBI flood for my FLI PL16803 CCD camera.
I have been using MaxIm DL, taking lights, flats and darks at 1 MHz (RBI Flood) per the camera manufacturer’s recommendation. Lights used for centering, focus, etc., I take at 8 MHz (no RBI Flood). The camera has significant dark fixed pattern noise that must be removed using darks taken at 1 mHz (RBI Flood).
Anyone know the answer to this question? The decision on whether to keep working with SGP depends on whether or not SGP adequately supports my PL16803.
