Focus temperature compensation not working what is wrong, can someone help?

Hi all,

we tried to use temperature compensation yesterday.
Unfortunately, the focuser did not change its focus position, but temp dropped 5 degrees.
Could we have something checked wrong?
We checked two options:

  1. Autoadjust focus with filter change
  2. Use temperature compensation
    The first point worked well, so the focuser was responding to SGP.
    But temp comp did not do anything.

We did not use the automatic tool to define the step/degree, but did that manually. Can this be the problem?
Would appreciate your help very much!

Hi all,

we still encouter the same problem.
Can someone help?

Temperature compensation does nit work and we have no idea what we could do.

Today temp already dropped more than 1 degree and focus did nit change any how.

Would be great if you could exchange some knowledge.
