Focus with filter in the filter setup option

Hi guys

I like to use a broadband filter to do autofocusing for each narrowband filter.
For example I would set green in the focus with filter column for Oiii in the filter setup dialog.

When I do that, is SGP applying the filter offset for Oiii after finishing an autofocusing with the green filter?
