The Blue / Gray font on the Dark Gray headers is difficult to see during the day and harder at night. Can we have some control on the screen background and font colors?

SGPro is designed to support whatever color scheme you ask Windows to use. Individual apps should not change color or themes on their own. There is a pretty good windows theme for SGPro here:
If you don’t want this theme on all the time, SGPro will auto switch it for you if you copy the theme file to the logs directory.
