Guide Star Lost, but SGP but SGP did not end the sequence automatical

Using the SGP3.1.0.430 version, the last photo was saved at 00:35, after which the PHD2 software lost the guiding star, but SGP did not automatically end the sequence and at 05:45 sequence was still active (obviously without taking pictures).
I wonder if there was a need to reverse the axis, if the software would have done so?

You seem to have attached the wrong logs. There is no sequence that ran in those logs and they end at 17:52.
