Help can’t get plate sole 2 up and running

So first I am not married to plate solve 2 but from what I have heard it’s the way to go. However all I have been able to do is blind solve. This has also only given me more questions. When I blind solve and it works my return states 100% however also gives me a scale of 2.53. I have a Orion g3 camera with a pixel scale of 8.6 per Orion. The camera is mounted on a celestron cpc 800 scope with a 2030mm fl. I have a 0.5 reducer included so if I am correct that should give me a scale of 1.75. I have also blind solved on of my ha images and when it can blind solve it also states 2.53 scale. If anyone has a similar rig I would love to hear your settings so I can get up and running

Thanks!
Steve

Native focal length will give you 0.87" pixel scale, plate solve is 2x2 bin so it will be 1.74".
Since you get 2.53" that mean that you have 0.7x reducer, not 0.5x

Ok I buy that however I have an Orion 0.5 reducer at least it is stamped that way at the end of my filter wheel.

You may be on to something I need to check my settings and make sure I have 2x2 binning set.
Thanks!
Steve
