How to ensure SGP returns to the same position after flip or on a subsequent night?

Ok, another newbie question…

Let’s say I set up a frame with the Framing tool. I slew to that position but decide I need to tweak it a little bit. How do I tell SGP that I want this exact same framing once a flip is being done?
How do I ensure SGP will go to the same framing the following night when I will be using another filter?

Might be obvious to the experienced user but it is not clear to me…

Thanks

After you change the position to where you want it, take a “frame and
focus” image of say 30s. Right click on the image and plate solve. When
the solve is successful there will be an option to “use these coordinates
for target xxx” (or something like that). If you choose that option it
will update the target coordinates so that subsequent target center actions
(including meridian flips) will land the target on the new coordinates.
Basically, whatever coordinates are in the target settings is what SGP will
use the next night or next year for that matter.

also the filter does not matter, since the target is “above” the filter/frame duration in the hierarchy of things. all the filters in the target are going to use the target’s coordinates for pointing.
