My licensing credentials are not being accepted for some reason. I have checked and I am entering everything correctly. What should I do to correct the situation? Thanks.

Reset your password. Also the email/password that you use to register SGP are not the same as the forum (unless you’ve specifically set them that way…but they are not linked)

I also realized that the license key is also called a password and I was entering that instead of the password associated with my sales related user name. A bit confusing!

Yes, that used to be the case. We no longer send out license keys as “passwords” and have hopefully made that clearer in the past couple of months.
License keys are now only used to link a license to your account and after that are completely useless.
