Logic error, flats before light session

Description

I would like to take new flats before starting the lights, but SGP has some logic errors that makes this impossible without manual interaction.
I have a target that i use for calibration images only, when trying to run this before a target with lights SGP still open the dome, rotates the dome and unparks before it starts taking the flats, this does of course not work since the scope isn’t pointing at the flat panel anymore after unpark.
This could be fixed easily by allowing SGP to have a “parked” target before a light sequence and make SGP unpark automatically.

This is all true and we will look at this in 4.0. 3.1 will not receive any additional changes that could affect the stability of the sequencer.
