Running 2672 tonight and have the selected the central obstruction option in autofocus. Should this not allow the AF routines to extend the range? I was running AF manually, and it still seemed to be auto-extending the range. Just wanted to check if I’m misunderstanding how it should behave – let me know if a log file is needed and I can post one…
Indicating that you have a central obstruction does not currently stop AF from trying to provide a V curve (i.e. expanding / resetting range) it just uses different math to arrive at the focus position when it is done collecting data.
