Hi, I am new with SGP and setting up the system, currently I am been working with MDL and CCDAP quite successfully, but wanted to try SGP, having setup all my equipment and parameters in SGP, i finding an issue with the time it takes from I take an image to when the shutter actually opens and take the image. I have setup at one second in the ‘frame & focus’ from the moment I press the ‘take one’ to actually opening the shutter it was passes 10 second!!.
Any idea why this is happening, using today MDL it takes exactly the exposure time I setup.
