Nobody Answers Help Request (Re Dome Issues)?

Hi,

I have entered a couple of questions over the last month and no one has answered. Maybe I am not asking them correctly? They are to do with SGP and dome operation. Is this an area where no one develops?

We help with as much as we can. Unfortunately sometimes things get buried or we’re focusing on adding features or fixing bugs (and purposefully staying out of the forum to keep heads down on development). We’re certainly not trying to ignore you.
