Odd error after meridian flip

Here is the log file:

This is on a Windows 7 machine.
Essentially after the meridian flip PHD2 threw an error that forced widows to shut it down. Someone else on the forum had the same error and I posted this before but it looks like the thread was lost in the forum crash.
This is the second time the same error has occurred. Sorry I don,t have a screen shot of the widows error message. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I think you may have given the wrong link since that link does not go to a log file.
