Pause guiding while changing filters

Hi, is it possible to pause PHD2 guiding while changing filters?

I have off-axis guiding set up with an SBIG STT-8300M, and I’ve set focus points for the filters of interest. My rig and the filters (achromat refractor, Johnson-Cousins photometric filters) are such that there’s quite a jump in focus. Although PHD2 usually recovers from the jolt in the guide star image, it’d be spiffy to save a little time and avoid the jolt. I don’t see an option to pause guiding at these times. Is it possible?
