Phd does not pause

Hi
I am using the latest ver 2 and have set up to auto focus when the temp changes by 2 deg , but PHD does not
pause while auto focusing ( with the obvious problems ) I do have the option selected !!!
Any body else seen this ?

Hi Harry,

Have you got ‘settle auto guider before auto focus frames’ ticked in guiding settings? I think this will cause the behaviour you’re seeing.

Yes I had got that ticked , thought that was only for the start of auto focus !!! --wrong as usual :flushed:

I too thought it meant the start of the the autofocus run, but no, it means it will settle before every autofocus frame.

Tried this last night and all works fine :slight_smile:
But PHD does not seem to pause , it carrys on issuing corrections , its just SGP does not wait for anything from PHD !

not sure if this is the correct behaviour or not !!!
