PHD2 doesn't flip calibration after a meridian flip

I recently went from ST-4 to ASCOM pulse guiding with an HEQ5. I have not been able to get PHD2 to automatically flip the data once the mount has flipped. Guiding is working well but as soon after the guider is re-started after a flip, the guide star and goes adrift . What switch did I forget to flick to get it to work?? I did not see anything in SGP nor in PHD2 nor in ASCOM.
Yes I selected pulse guiding in ASCOM and connect to the mount in PHD2.
No, I don’t have “reverse declination” selected in PHD2.
THANKS!

Hi Stephen,

If you are using the EQMOD ASCOM driver, we have a guide for PHD2 EQMOD users here: PHD2 EQMOD ASCOM Settings.

Once you have verified those settings you should go through the quick procedure for checking whether or not you need the '“reverse dec output after meridian flip” setting in PHD2. The procedure is in the PHD2 Help in the section Advanced Settings, Guiding Tab (scroll down to “reverse dec output after meridian flip”.)

That should resolve it, but if not you can post your PHD2 log files from the session in the PHD2 Forum and we can look into it.
