When I start a new sequence PHD2 will open, load and start guiding automatically. However, if PHD2 is already open on my desktop, and then i start a sequence guiding will not start automatically, i have to start the guiding manually or close down PHD2, re start the sequence which will re open PHD2 and guide automatically.
