Plate solve scale, run time error

My plate solve keeps failing, giving a run time error. It gave a message of a “0” scale setting when I had already set the scale to 2.09 arc/pix. This problem only started after my update as YOU recommended. Now the plate solve does not operate. I need some help please. Thanks

Have you set up the scale correctly?
Control Panel > Camera > Settings and Specs > click the small rectangle at the left of the Scale (1x1) setting.
