PlateSolve 2 installer location of SGP version?

The title says it all. I can’t find the SGP version of Plate Solve 2 that the help file says should be installed. Its not in the ‘downloads’ section. The manual says don’t use the installer from the PS2 website.

PlatesSolve2 is already included in the SGP installer. There’s no need to
install the program itself. However, you will need to download the APM and
UCAC3 catalogs from the PS2 website and configure PS2 to point to those
catalogs.
