Platesolving at narrow FoV

I’m all setup with SGP to do plate solving/go-to, but I haven’t tried it out yet, and I have a question.

I’m going for the Ring Nebula, but I’m going to be using a Celestron 8SE tube (EQ Mount) and a ZWO ASI385MC camera. My field of view is pretty tiny!

I’m curious about others’ results using such a small FoV. Has anybody had great success, or does anybody have any advice on platesolving with SGP and a tiny FoV (in Bortle 8 skies)?

Thanks in advance!
