Preventing Deleted Images from being saved with Sequence

Hi all,

Does anybody know how to prevent the images from the top bar being saved with the Sequence except the one required.

I have deleted the images except the one allocated with the sequence but when reloading all deleted images return.

Go to “Sequence” > “Manage Sequence Files” and delete them there
