Question about the time SGP Stores in FITS Header

I am using SGP to image astroids. I am Astrometrica to measure the astroid position. I order to get the most accurate result I need to know what time SGP stores in the FITS header. I think it should be one of the following:

  1. The time SGP starts the image
  2. The time SGP ends the image
  3. The mid-point time for the image.
