“SGPro will now temporarily disable focuser based temperature compensation during the AF routine (so they don’t fight).”
Does SGPro know when TC has been enabled in the focuser itself as opposed to enabling TC directly in SGPro?

Yes, this is what “focuser based” was intended to convey. We won’t allow focuser movement during integration, but some people want to override this because they have confidence that focuser movement during exposure will do no harm.
