Removing extra filter wheel options

I know this is not an SGP issue, but is there a way to remove instances of filter wheels that I don’t use?

I’d like to get rid of the ones marked with a red X in the image.

Just uninstall the ASCOM drivers for them which will (mostly) remove them from that list. The Manual and Simulators cannot be removed. Although you can probably delete them (not the manual) from the ASCOM Profile Explorer if you REALLY want them gone, but that might put you in a bad spot as well.

Actually most of those are internal types and can’t be removed. Why not just setup a profile and not worry about what is in the lists?
