Roof not closed during unsafe

Description

The roof stayed open when conditions became unsafe, i would have expected SGP to close the roof till conditions turned safe, but i had to manually close it.

oh… that’s no good. Ya, that was a not-great oversight where “move to next target on sequence / recovery fail” was wholly incompatible with unsafe shutdown. I have that fixed and it will be in 3.1.0.434.
