Save Sequence as Profile - Does not save targets

I am wondering if this is by design: when saving a “sequence” as profile the targets in the sequence do not get saved.

By design, profiles to do not contain targets.

Save the sequence and launch it as your default. I have a flats sequence I have on my desktop and for new sequences I just start sgp blank.
