Sequence complete prolem

The sequence shuts down at start of session. Gives message that sequence is complete.
No images were taken yet. Fresh target used for test with no progress.Can’t get past this bug/error.

It has this error but it’s likely not valid:

[05/07/17 21:11:00.411][DEBUG] [Sequence Thread] Cannot start seqeunce. No active targets.

You can try Ctrl+R which will reset the sequence status (clearing any completed exposures and starting fresh) and should remove the sticky state from your last target.

If you can also attach the sequence prior to doing this we can double check if something else is holding it up.

This is a bug that I thought I had already fixed… but it’s there. The fix will be out in the next release… in the meantime don’t attempt to auto center with filter “None”. SGPro hates that…

Confirmed, This does not happen if auto center is unchecked

Right. It will also not happen if you leave auto center on and select “L” as the centering filter. Either way, this fix will be released tonight.
