Currently (at least in 3.0.0.7) when you run an autofocus, the “last focus time” is set to the time that the autofocus started, not the time when it ended. I think it would be good to set the “last focus time” to when the autofocus routine last completed so that the time between autofocus routines is the actual time that you get to capture data. I noticed that when I did my autofocus every 45 minutes, I’d only be getting around 40 minutes of actual data between routines because the autofocus started 45 minutes after the last autofocus began. If this could be changed, I think that would be good.
