Set rotator angle, and allow script parameters

Here are two feature requests that I entered some time ago but not sure where they are:

  1. Allow setting the rotator angle directly without reference to the position angle of the image. Right now the “rotator angle” value is overridden by the image position angle after a solve - and for OAG and other applications this is undesirable. For OAG guidestars the rotator angle is primary and the image angle is something entirely different. This is also important for taking flats at a specific angle.

  2. Allow scripts to receive parameters passed in. I know this wasn’t allowed a long time ago and I don’t think it is now. This would make it easier for people to do custom things under their own control - without needing special functions to be built directly into sgp.
