I have an ongoing problem with my QHY filter wheel, it will not select filter positions 2 or 3 when SGP calls for it. The wheel does select 1, 4, & 5 as commanded. I spoke with the supplier and they suggested deleting and reinstalling the ASCOM driver, and when that did not work they provided a Serial Port Utility that runs under Windows to communicate direct to the wheel via COM3 and that does work but obviously cannot be ordered through SGP. The supplier has washed their hands of the problem, being that the wheel works driven by their utility. SGP definitions for the filter wheel are correct, and I even tried refreshing them, still it will not select positions 2 and 3 from the sequence.
So right now i cannot select filters through SGP sequence, but that had worked perfectly for over a year. No changes have been made to SGP (other than an update to 2.6 but the wheel worked ok after that), or ASCOM platform during this time.
Any ideas, its driving me crazy?
